Through the acquisition of Datashield, ADT now offers managed detection and response (MDR)services that can help corporations identify and remediate cyber threats quickly and efficiently. ADT also recently closed the Secure Designs, Inc. acquisition that will extend security solutions beyond the physical premises to help protect small businesses, their networks and the critical business data they transmit. The company has formed a number of strategic partnerships that contribute to its Cyber Resilience Platform. This platform is a holistic integrated approach to cyber security designed to use people, processes and technology to help organizations before, during and after a cyberattack.
