Company Now Offers Advanced Risk Management Services and 24/7 In-house Technical Support Help Desk
BOCA RATON, Fla. September 25, 2018 – ADT Inc. (NYSE: ADT), the leading provider of monitored security and interactive home and business automation solutions in the United States and Canada, today announced new advanced risk management services and a 24/7 technical help desk for end user and technician support.
“Over the past year, ADT has executed a number of acquisitions in the commercial space to help further strengthen our integration capabilities, expand our delivery platform and enhance our technical offerings,” stated Jim DeVries, current President and incoming CEO of ADT. “We now will have the ability to offer services to our customers that include mitigation of risk through consulting, technology and professional services.”
ADT offers its advanced enterprise security risk management services (ESRM) through its Enterprise Security Risk Group (eSRG) which is staffed by senior executives with backgrounds in intelligence, business continuity, business process optimization, organizational change and technology. This group’s mission is to independently assess a client’s risk, work with the client to develop a value-based security program, create a technology roadmap and provide managed services to help augment the customer’s internal staff.
In addition to advanced enterprise security risk management services, ADT has added an in-house 24/7 technical support help desk to its array of services. This support group is available for both end-users and ADT technicians for direct technical assistance with enhanced remote capabilities to help diagnose even the most complex of solutions.
