ADT honored local first responders during Florida Atlantic University's Salute to Service night on Sept. 12 by donating $30,000 to three South Florida organizations that support first responders. The donations were announced during FAU football's 2026 home opener against Navy as part of the university's annual recognition of first responders, service members and military veterans.
ADT, which is based in Boca Raton, donated $10,000 each to the Boca Raton Police Foundation, the Boca Raton Firefighter & Paramedic Benevolent Fund and the Palm Beach County Sheriff's Foundation.
"First responders and service members dedicate their lives to serving and protecting our communities and country every day," said Dave Scott, ADT's Chief People & Administration Officer. "As a Boca Raton-based company, we're proud to join Florida Atlantic University's Salute to Service night with Navy and, as we reflect on the 25th anniversary of 9/11, recognize the courage, sacrifice and commitment of those who continue to serve others."
The donations reflect ADT's commitment to supporting first responders and building stronger, safer communities.
