Super Serving Our Communities Through ADT Cares

The day before the big game in Tampa Bay, I joined dozens of ADT employees volunteering to help more than 1,000 local families in need.

Wearing masks and staying safely apart, our team members distributed thousands of new shoes and socks to residents in vehicles lined up in a parking lot. Volunteers from Feeding Tampa Bay also loaded four bags of groceries, many containing fresh vegetables, into each car and truck.

“Seeing everyone come through that line and having the honor to serve them was wonderful,” exclaimed Panashe Muwunganirwa, ADT Area Administrative Manager. “The energy and enthusiasm of everyone volunteering was infectious.”

In addition to the volunteerism, we were honored to make a $10,000 gift to Feeding Tampa Bay on behalf of ADT.

Safely returning to community volunteerism through the ADT Cares program brings me joy, and the impact we can make through our team members’ participation is rewarding for everyone involved.

“I didn’t realize how much need there is in our community and it really highlighted how we must do more of these volunteer events,” said Dana Robinson, Administrator, ADT Commercial.
